Use and Care

This product is recommended for domestic use.  It should be used inside or in a covered / shaded area to protect it from the harsh NZ Sun.  Adult supervision required at all times.  

Please remove and dispose of all packaging. It must be assembled by an adult prior to use.  Regularly check all bolts are tight.

Do not install on asphalt, concrete or hard surfaces.  

Regularly check for wear or damage.  Do not modify.  Please keep instructions for future reference.

Shipping Costs
 Our Shipping costs are based on courier costs with Aramex (and on occasion PBT) couriers.   Bigger items will have a higher shipping rate. 
Aramex couriers no longer require signature and they will leave the parcel if you are not home. Please take this into consideration when entering a delivery address.  If you are not likely to be home and have an alternative/work address where someone will be there to receive the goods please use this address.  
Rural delivery is extra (some addresses are considered rural by the courier and don’t always have RD in the address.  If you are unsure if you are rural, please check with us). Some items are too big for the rural courier and will be sent to the closest Aramex depot for collection from there.  All shipping rates will be specified on each item at checkout.
Please Note: Chatham Island and Stewart Island delivery is unavailable. Waiheke Island is considered rural.
