Shipping Costs

Our Shipping costs are based on courier costs with Aramex couriers. Bigger items will have a higher shipping rate.

Aramex couriers no longer require signature and they will leave the parcel if you are not home. Please take this into consideration when entering a delivery address. We take no responsibility for loss of items after they have been delivered. If you are not likely to be home and have an alternative/work address where someone will be there to receive the goods please use this address.

Some areas are considered rural due to the distance from the closest Aramex depot. Please check with us in you are unsure if you are rural. (or check on the address finder on the Aramex website).

This item is too big for the rural courier and will be sent to the closest Aramex depot for collection from there. All shipping rates will be specified on each item at checkout.

Please Note: Chatham Island and Stewart Island delivery is unavailable. Waiheke Island is considered rural.
