Shipping Costs
 Our Shipping costs are based on courier costs with Aramex (and on occasion PBT) couriers.   Bigger items will have a higher shipping rate. 
Aramex couriers no longer require signature and they will leave the parcel if you are not home. Please take this into consideration when entering a delivery address.  If you are not likely to be home and have an alternative/work address where someone will be there to receive the goods please use this address.  
Rural delivery is extra (some addresses are considered rural by the courier and don’t always have RD in the address.  If you are unsure if you are rural, please check with us). Some items are too big for the rural courier and will be sent to the closest Aramex depot for collection from there.  All shipping rates will be specified on each item at checkout.
Please Note: Chatham Island and Stewart Island delivery is unavailable. Waiheke Island is considered rural.

Care and Maintenance

Maintaining the strength of your magnets

Stack them so they are attracted to each other (not repelling as this can weaken the strength)
Store them out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. (Extreme temperatures both hot and cold can weaken magnets)
Keep away from electrical charges
Dropping magnets can disrupt the charge. Avoid excessive dropping.

To recharge a magnet rub another strong magnet across it.
